There once was a tot who had quit
taking a nap without having a fit.
Mom tried not to cry
and even asked why?
But it didn't help even a bit.

oh dear. so not ready for that day! Thankfully most days Ethan still naps!
There are still days I mourn for the lost nap days. Just this weekend, I looked at my adorable young son as he bordered on a breakdown, and asked him if he remembered what a great napper he was and wouldn't a nap be fun. His response was loud, but certainly not enthusiastic!
