I'm late with this again! Sorry about that. I took Miss M to school this morning though. She'll only be there for half the day until lunch time, but I am happy she is so much better. I was beginning to worry that she wasn't going to get better!

My results? Ugh. I gained 1 pound. But I wasn't able to exercise at all. Next week should be back to normal I hope so I should be able to get back into the routine again.
We're half-way through this my friends! Are you where you want to be at this point? I'm not, but that will just make me work harder the last half (I hope).

Well, I posted a 1 lbs loss this week, not great, but at least a loss! Amma
I didn't do so hot either, gained 2ibs, hopefully since I don't have to work or have school next week I can exercise each day!
I didn't weigh in this week, but I got 3 solid workouts in, and on the days that I didn't "work out" I tried to do something active, like chase Kiddo around the playground or do "aerobic housework."
I've also been better about drinking water. My new rule for myself is if I want to drink a soda, I have to drink a glass of water first. Most of the time, after the water, I'm no longer thirsty so I forgo the soda.
