Simply Joy Sunday #1

Inspired by Tania's new blog Operation Get Happy post I thought I'd try to capture in photos the little things that make me happy each week. My family is just a given, but they will make appearances occasionally anyway. This is supposed to capture the little things, and my family are big people "things" that make me happy.

This week I'm happy about getting my first Blurb book done from my blog posts from the start in May 2006 through my positive pregnancy test with Ms. D in September 2007. It turned out pretty great and I hope to make more volumes to have a hard copy of my blog.

Purple flowered coudoroy pants with purple ribbon-trimmed cuffs. Miss M wore these as a baby too. I find them adorable.

Purple flowered hats worn by pretty babies.

What are the little things that make you happy? If you have a blog, post them and I'll link you up next Sunday. (Be sure to come here and leave me your link!)

Hey! I'm looking for participants and prize donations for the Aweigh Weight Loss challenge. Leave a comment on this post if you think you might be interested in either (or both!).
Feeling the Joy!

Love the blurb book idea- I've been wanting to do something like that for my kids, I just haven't done it yet.
Great idea for next Sunday- I'm going to have to make more of an effort to take pictures this week!

I've been wanting to do a blurb book of my old posts (at least to have them somewhere together if something scary happens to my computer and I lose them all)(I shouldn't have even typed that outloud!)

I love that shot with the hat! What a cutie!
