I had high hopes but only managed to work out two days for 15 minutes each day. I ran for 10 of the minutes both days so at least it was more than just stretching or something. Then Wednesday I started to get a cold and I was up most of the night Wednesday night with a sore throat. Hello Strep you're not my friend. Wish I didn't see you again.
Oh well. Maybe next week.

As usual, I'll post my results later in the day after I've weighed. Hopefully I haven't gained.

I lost nothing! BUT. I didn't gain anything either. So. Better than gaining I guess.
I gained a pound this week, but then again not very surprised didn't really workout at all this week. Hope to get back on the treadmill next week.
I've been out of town for business for the last week and a half, so...no working out and eating out for every meal. I'm back up to 162 (up three pounds) from where I was when I left. Sigh. Oh well, back to the Wii. : )
Ugh, it's so hard to lose weight when you're sick. I mean, sometimes it's easy because you're throwing up and stuff. But definitely concentrate on feeling better right now!
I lost two lbs. But i have been working my butt off to make that happen.
