I wait until Ryerson is sleeping before I cut his fingernails. It makes life so much easier that way.
My husband hates it
but I make him cut their nails
so I avoid screams

I have no issues really. E squirms a lot but is otherwise ok. Maybe it is the threat of when Mommy clipped B's 2 week old finger and it bled! My kids are scared! oops! (I felt SOOOO bad)

Didn't you know, nail-cutting is a form of torture observed in some third-world countries.

OMG, same thing in our house. I was cutting Andrew's toenails last night after the bath and you'd think I was ripping them out with pliers.
