I wish I had the energy, the positive attitude, etc. to pump everyone up. Here's the truth. This week sucked donkey balls and I'm not afraid to admit it. I did not exercise outside of Sunday. The rest of the week I looked at my oldest baby lay on the floor. I also was not able to eat a lot so maybe things worked out anyway.
One of my "excuses" that I was talking about is that I'm
soooo busy taking care of my family. Do you buy that excuse? I'm not sure that I do.
My results? I will post as usual after I weigh before my shower. Frankly I'm a little scared to get back on the
Wii Fit. I will be
chastised for missing so many days.
Hmmm. I lost 3 pounds. 1.4 % I think. Apparently having sick kids is also a good diet.

(Does it still count since I posted a gain LAST week? I'm basically back where I was 2 weeks ago. Maybe I should count it as 4 pounds, since I lost the same 2 pounds twice?? lol!!)
I lost 1 lbs this week, not much, but at least a loss. Hope to maybe do alittle more this weekend- Amma
I lost almost 3 pounds when I had the flu. You might be surprised when you step on the scale! "Sick" isn't a diet I would really recommend, though!
Okay, so I'm a big dork this week. I GAINED 1.4 pounds. I place the blame directly on the huge bag of cheetos, valentine's day candy, and Trader Joe's dark chocolate caramels I consumed in just under 2 days.
So my total loss so far is a measly 2.6 pounds.
Ugh.
Sandy I'm right there with you. I gained 1.5 pounds this week. Ugh. Aunt Flo is visiting though and I want to eat everything in sight. Not good for a diet. Plus I've been stress eating lately. This month sucks for me to do weight loss, LOL.
I thought I would either end up gaining weight or no change, I lost one pound, after only working out twice this week, but then again on monday I exercised for a total of 4 hours, 2 hours of playing with a kid I watch at the local house of bounce, and 2 hours swimming @ the Y.
It seems to be the trend for this week...so you are not alone.
And don't worry about getting a little heat from the Wii fit...the answer is always "yes, I was too busy to excercise!!"
Same for me overall. Although it's interesting that i weighed last night adn this morning- the difference between overnight is that i lost 2 pounds. Guess i should just sleep more?
Ugh. The Sick Diet. I hate that one.
Congrats on your 3 pounds! Don't be so hard on yourself. :) BTW< I really enjoyed seeing you Friday night!
