Aweigh-Motivating Monday Week 4

You know, some of us didn't have the greatest week last week. I'm convinced the only reason I lost at all was because my period started! Then I went out and ate a ton of food at the Olive Garden and it was delicious and fattening and totally worth it. But now I have a lot of work to do again. And I have a cold and I'm not that motivated...but I am going to still try to power through. I did 23 minutes of Wii Fit (step and boxing) on Saturday even though I really didn't feel like it. I didn't run, and I feel okay that I didn't because I'm not feeling 100 %. I think if I keep running only when I really feel good about it that I will stay motivated to try.

Prizes! Yay I love giving prizes. The winner of the two books from Harper Collins is: Chelsea! Wow you are one lucky woman! Yay Congrats! Shoot me an email with your address and I'll get your prize on the way!

This is a new week. The chocolate chip cookies I indulged in are gone. Even the Pringles Sticks that I love are gone. I will try to just not buy the foods that I can't seem to resist when the day turns to night. I am going to continue to try to run/step/box for at least 30 minutes a day.

What can you win this week? A beautiful handmade tote courtesy of Bikini who blogs at Pantsfreesia!

I have seen Bikini's mad sewing skills and I admit I'm a little sad that I can't win!

So tell me ladies, what are you going to do to make sure you post a loss this week? Anything? Are you, like me, sort of ho hum about doing the work? Or are you ready to put the excuses behind you? I'm not sure that I am ready to let go of all those excuses yet. But I hope to, and soon.

Well, I don't know how much weight I can lose from tearing out my hair from frustration, but I might give it a shot this week! I plan on losing the bloat from having PMS last week, and exercising more.

What a beautiful tote!!

Heather, I'm like you. I'm not ready to let go of all the excuses yet. I'm still trying to get in the swing of working full-time again and right now it's all I can do to keep the house looking halfway decent. Though I am going to continue to try to eat healthy and track my food.

And while I'd like to get back into shape, I'll have to wait until the summer.... man, I really don't like being pregnant... just adore the cute baby at the end of it!

Oh! Oh! THAT'S a prize worth losing for! (Not that the other weren't...I just have a fondness for bags!)

Sorry I didn't check in last week. It was a rough week and I thought it would be better just to ignore it and start over again this week!
