Aweigh! Motivate Monday Week 2

We are off to a great start! If we just change one small thing each week we can move closer to a healthy body.

So! This week I plan to continue exercising with my Wii Fit. It's mostly fun and any exercise is better than nothing right? I exercised at least 30 minutes a day last week so it's my hope to keep that up. This week I'm also going to try to add more vegetables to my diet. I don't always fix a vegetable with supper and I know that's bad. So I'm hoping to get back into the healthier eating habit. And again I want to try to cut out the night snacking.

I feel pretty good about my progress toward change so far. I hope you do too. Do you have a new small change for this week or are you continuing with your goals from last week?

Thanks for the prize! This week I'm going to start taking a daily multivitamin I don't take them as oftem as I should. Also try again to exercise @ least 4 days this week.
