What are you going to change this week to help you lose weight?
I am going to use my new Wii Fit every day for as long as my children will let me do it. I am going to stop snacking after 9 p.m. Oh yeah, and I'm going to get that food scale that I bought weeks ago out of the package.
Those are my goals for this week. Little changes. Little steps will eventually lead to bigger changes, right?
Another tip: if you find yourself snacking during the day (I don't have time so that's why I snack in the late night.) brush your teeth after every meal. Food won't taste as good and you'll be less likely to want to ruin your purdy clean teeth.

I came accross your blog just this morning...and I'd love to join your journey. I've already started my new healthy lifestyle, posting everything but the picture on my blog earlier this month...I have been looking for some positive support myself..too many around with the boo hoo I just can't do it mentality.
I hope I can be of support, encouragement to you and your followers...
I'm planning to work out 6 days again this week, upping my treadmill runs from 10 to 15 minutes.
Also...Less SUGAR.

I've got my post up!
I'm going to eat at least one fruit at each meal, also going to try to work out @ least 4 days a week for @ least 30 minutes. I'm going to try to not drink any pop either this week, I've done it before and went 2 weeks without it!
i am going to try to stick to the portion sizes/amounts of food- i have had this posted on the fridge forever now, guess it's time to follow it. and not snacking after supper, unless it's fruit/veggies/nuts, something healthy adn not a gargantuan amount
