Random Thoughts #27

Do you ever keep running into the same person over and over, yet you cannot remember her name? No? Uh... me either.

I actually wrote a few sentences for my novel the other night. It was good to write a little more for it. I probably should have signed up for NaNoWriMo instead of NaBloPoMo, but I don't really have the time to write that many words a day right now and still, you know, eat, shower, and sleep.

I love listening to K man sing along with songs on my iPod. He sometimes gets the words, but most of the time he just a leeeetle bit off. It makes me smile because he's so serious about his singing too. He and M will fight about what the words are to songs too. Usually they're both wrong.

My new sling is on the way! I ordered a custom one here.

Exactly how many cats do you need to own to warrant the purchase of a 40-pound bag of cat food? I mean, that is a lot of cat food. If my cat still ate hard cat food, it would probably feed her for a year. But then the food would go stale way before then wouldn't it?

It is fun having two kids in the same choir. This is the only year that we'll have that. But aren't they cute?

I forget names all the time. I am much better with faces.

I am doing NaNoWriMo this year. I am way behind, but I am doing it. We will see what happens. I am still trying to catch back up so I don't have to write so much every day. The weekends are actually harder for me, because I never sit down for that long.

They are SO cute! We crack up when the kids wear headphones and sing along to movies. The older one is usually on time to the recording and the little one lags a half-beat behind. Hilarious.

Good job M & K!

I have conversations every day with people who's names I should know and I don't (or, in the grand scheme of things, I've rapidly forgotten), and now it's too late to ask them what it is!

The choir, your kids, are sooo adorable. I'd be grinning each time they were up there singing!

I am starting with nablopomo, and maybe I will move on to nanowrimo. one thing at a time. I can only commit so much.

Your kids are adorable. So nice they are in the same choir.

Kid choirs are so cute that it doesn't matter what they are singing or if they are singing. Or if they are arguing over the lyrics. They're still a hit!

Cute singers! Good luck with your writing! It's a monumental task.
